bad motion sickness

Hi, I'm a pilot coming up on 200 hours. I've had a real big problem with bad motion sickness my entire life, and it was very evident when I started my training. Everyone told me it'd go away within the first few flights, and for the most part it did. I'm fine for the most part, but whenever it becomes turbulent/hot/etc...you can count on it happening. Now my questions. Is anyone else out there like this?Is it ever going to go away? And, if it doesn't, how will this impact me if I want a career flying? What do you all know about it and how to get rid of it? Is there anything that can be done? What's the best way to avoid it?
